Biologische kaas Leeuwarden
Wij zijn Biologische kaas Leeuwarden. Bezoek ons op de markt in de hoofdstad van Friesland. Bij ons vindt u de lekkerste kaas binnen de drie noordelijke provincies van Nederland. Verder staan wij niet alleen op markten in Friesland, maar ook in Groningen en Drenthe.
Wat doen wij?
Onze medewerkers zijn gespecialiseerd in vele soorten kazen. Hierdoor hebben wij een ruime keuze in ons assortiment. Wij staan op markten en verkopen via onze webshop. Dit zorgt ervoor dat we altijd goed bereikbaar zijn. Wanneer u niet in staat bent om ons te bezoeken, kunt altijd nog online bestellen.
Hoe verloopt het proces?
Alles bij ons verloopt diervriendelijk. Het hele proces begint bij de boer. Omdat deze zorgt voor genoeg ruimte, kunnen de dieren lekker grazen in de wei. De weilanden worden niet bemest, en er worden ook geen bestrijdingsmiddelen gebruikt. Hierdoor blijft de melk puur van natuur. Wanneer er dieren ziek zijn, worden ze genezen met behulp van kruiden. Vervolgens zal de melk worden getest, en daarna zo snel mogelijk verwerkt worden tot het product.
Waar zijn wij te vinden?
Elke vrijdag zijn wij te vinden op de markt in Leeuwarden. Omdat wij op meerdere markten staan, kunt u ons ook komen bezoeken op een andere dag. Vijf dagen per week staan wij op de markt in de drie noordelijke provincies van Nederland. Naast Leeuwarden kunt u ons bezoeken in Drachten, Dokkum, Groningen en Frederiksoord.
Waarom biologische kaas Leeuwarden?
Omdat onze kazen zijn voortgekomen uit pure melk, bieden wij alleen maar natuurlijke producten aan. Er wordt als toevoeging stremsel gebruikt, wat meestal vegetarisch is. Tenslotte wordt er gebruik gemaakt van zuursel. Bij bijvoorbeeld kruidnagel, of kazen met schimmel, worden kruiden gebruikt.
