Biologische kaas Drachten. Is gespecialiseerd in velen soorten kaas. U kunt bij ons de lekkerste kazen online bestellen. Bij biologische kaas Drachten is het ook mogelijk om Buitenlandse kazen online te bestellen in de webshop. Elke donderdag staan wij op de markt in Drachten.
Waar begint het proces bij biologische kaas?
Het hele proces begint bij de biologische boer. De dieren krijgen veel ruimte, zodat alles diervriendelijk verloopt. De dieren kunnen dus lekker grazen in de wei. Wij bemesten onze weilanden niet, en wij maken geen gebruik van bestrijdingsmiddelen. Omdat wij hier geen gebruik van maken, zullen er geen chemische stoffen in onze producten terecht komen. Bij ziekte wordt er gebruik gemaakt van natuurlijke kruiden.
Hoe gaat het verder?
Na het testen van de melk is het tijd om dit te verwerken tot kaas. Onze biologische kaas wordt niet gemaakt met het gebruik van e-nummers en/of kleurstoffen.

Wat is kaas?
Dit is een zuivelproduct met een vaste structuur. Door het toevoegen van stremsel en zuursel scheiden de vaste stoffen van het vocht. Vervolgens is er zout en eventueel schimmels aan toegevoegd. Het Nederlandse woord kaas stamt af van het Latijnse woord caseus. Bron: Wikipedia.
Waarom biologische kaas Drachten?
Onze biologische kaas is geproduceerd vanuit pure melk. Deze is wel of niet gepasteuriseerd. Als toevoeging gebruikt de boer stremsel. Stremsel is meestal vegetarisch. Tevens is er gebruik gemaakt van zuursel. Bij bijvoorbeeld brandnetel kaas wordt er gebruik gemaakt van kruiden.
Tenslotte
Zodra de biologische kaas een bepaalde leeftijd heeft bereikt, halen wij deze op. Wij verkopen de kazen op de markt en in onze webshop. Wanneer wij de biologische kaas versturen wordt deze bij de klant geleverd in vacuüm verpakking.
